Attention: Regardless of the funding method you choose, the originator of the funds must always match the name listed as the customer on the trading account.

Withdraw Funds - click here

Withdrawing money from your trading account is as easy as printing and completing the Withdrawal Request Form and then either emailing or faxing it back to the broker as noted on the form.

Our broker has many helpful forms available online at their website.

Included amongst the various forms is the Revocation of Limited Power of Attorney and Trading Authorization form which is the form you would need to submit to the broker in order remove Equity Forex LLC as the Money Manager of your Managed Account should you find our services unsatisfactory in any manner.
